We're sad to leave Pastor Enoch & Frieda CMo but we're also excited to be going home. We just arrived at our first stop. Thank God that weather has been good. Please keep our safety in prayers.
Update @ 6:15pm: We safely arrived at the 2nd stop for dinner. We'll be leaving shortly and we'll be on route to Toronto via Motreal and Brockville.
Update @ 2am: Most people have arrived home safe and sound except those returning rentals to downtown. Thanks for praying for us. God's hands were with us for keeping us safe.

Thanksgiving
We're truly thankful for this year's missions. We thank you for supporting us in keeping us in your prayer and thoughts.
Yesterday (Friday) was the last day of camp and we combined the children's camp and the preteens' camp together for the second half of the session. We had a time of skit and discussion on Jesus being the Good Shepherd. And before that the Gospel message has been preached at the children's camp and many children raised their hand up to accept Jesus eagerly. Praise the LORD! Pictures to come!
We'll be having our FUN SUPER SATURDAY in a few minutes! This will be our last day to see the children and preteens. We have treasured the time with them and the opportunity to share with them and listen to them. We hope that our volunteers would come back year after year to have some continuity with these kids! Please pray for open doors.
And Rev. Enoch Hall and Mrs. Frieda Hall send their appreciation to the team.
That's it for today, but more updates will be coming in the next few days after we get back to Toronto.
We'll be leaving Bible School tomorrow (Sunday) at around 1pm, sooner or later depends on the morning worship, brunch and clean-up. We should be getting back to Toronto on Monday 3am depends on traffic. Please pray for safety.

Wednesday
Praise
the LORD for giving us to spend the 3rd day with the children and
preteens!
Preteens… We are changing our strategy for running the day and lesson every day to keep them on their toes. And it was nice to be playing music with them while we waited for others.
Downtime for renovation team… Nice!

Children…
The children have been enjoying the camp a lot especially paying so much
attention to the Bible story video.
Worship
team… It’s been a great blessing to be leading brothers and sisters to praise God
together!
Downtime for renovation team… Nice!
Praise & Prayers:
- We are well fed, we are safe inside a cleverly maintained shelter, we feel the love of God in the fellowship with brothers and sisters... PTL!
- It seems cliché to say praying for safety for the renovation team, but it’s very true as God is the One who protects.
- Please continue to pray for spiritual protection for the two camps so the children and preteens will listen and accept God’s Word with faith. And that they can experience God’s love for them through our volunteers. Pray for our volunteers to have love, patience and wisdom.
Psalm 1:1-3 "1 Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2 but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers."

Tuesday
Happy
August 1st! Time truly flies as we’re in the month of August in 2018
already! We’ve also gone through two days of our children & preteens camps
but actually half of our missions trip has passed by already. This missions
trip is “work” but brothers and sisters feel it’s also like a retreat being
away from the city and in the nature which naturally draws us closer to God and
to each other.
Praise & Prayer:
Praise & Prayer:
- We’re so thankful that the weather has been so great that the roof job has been finished! The renovation team will be working on windows and some other fixes. Children & Preteens ministries will continue today.
- Group devotions on Romans 12:1-4 "1 Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. 3 For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you."
- Prayer: “Take my life and let it be consecrated, Lord, to Thee.”
Some
highlights from Tuesday:
Most
of the girls and ladies on the team had to tie a bun and we just found them so
cute! And some of the native girls saw them like this they wanted to tie their
hair into a bun too!
