Trust His Heart

An update that our whole missions team has arrived home safely. PTL! Please stay tuned for more pictures and prayer items. We are already looking forward to going back next year! Meanwhile, we'll continue praying for Rev. & Mrs. Hall and OJ and will try to keep in touch with some of the children. 

Isaiah 55:8 "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' declares the Lord." Proverbs 16:9 "In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps." Proverbs 3:5-6 "5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

One of the things our brothers and sisters have learned from this missions trip is to trust. To trust that God is Jehovah Jireh, that He provides. To trust God's guidance so we can be flexible in our planning. To trust in the Holy Spirit's prompting to whom and what to say and do. To trust that He is indeed the God I AM and we can be still and rest in Him and let Him use us in any way He chooses. We have been so blessed by Him and we ask Him to make us a blessing to others.

All things work for our good

To someday be just like Him
