Sunday July 24th

This morning after "Juk" breakfast, we had a time of sharing and worship before heading into Ouje-Bougoumou. For a lot of us, it was our first time heading into Ou-Je!

Pastor Enoch preached a message on the passage "Here I Am, Send Me" from Isaiah. It's also this year's tent meeting theme.

The Children's Team lead Sunday School to a bunch of rowdy boys and a few shy girls. As the morning progressed, more and more children joined. It was a sneak peak at what the week will bring! Starting Monday, the children's program will be officially be starting at 7:30 each night.

This evening after a wonderful Korean dinner that included Pork Bone Soup by our amazing Kitchen team, the Teens Team and Worship Team headed back out to Ou-Je for the opening night of the tent meeting.

A lot of kids and teens were outside the tent - lots of familiar faces!

The tent meeting was opened up by a bunch of talented locals who led us into a time of worship. It was a beautiful thing to hear them singing in Cree.
Pastor Enoch preached from John 20 and the Peace that Christ brings as well as the power the Holy Spirit has when we allow Him to move in us. Our Worship Team closed off the night with four songs - a great time in God's presence with God's people.

-Pray for each of our Teams as we dive into this week with great expectations.
-Pray for the kids and teens that their hearts will be softened and that we can be the hands, feet and voice that are needed.
- Pray for the Reno team as they begin their hard work: strength, wisdom and energy needed!

Until tomorrow,

JSTM Team
