The whole team arrived safely to the Bible College around noon today! Only a minor mishap with one of the tires on the trailer but it was replaced quickly and efficiently.
There is a buzz of excitement in the air despite the lack of sleep - everyone is excited to be here.
The Children's Team will be starting tomorrow morning as they will lead the Sunday School class in Ouje- Bougamou.
The Teens Team went briefly to Ouje-Bougamou to let the teens know we've arrived, they were greeted by a good handful of them.
The Kitchen Team has already blessed us with two wonderfully delicious meals - our bellies are full and we're happy! Pastor Enoch noted that "Cha Siu" is hard to come by up here so he was glad to have shared that meal with us tonight!
The Reno Team has all their supplies in the main hall and a great plan laid out (with pictures!) of the work they will be starting this week.
The Worship Team lead us in a brief time of worship tonight and are now preparing for the first Big Tent meeting tomorrow evening.
Pastor Enoch and Peter Liu shared briefly with us tonight. We're here to serve in any capacity - sweeping floors and cleaning bathrooms included!
We're excited to be a part of the Big Tent meeting (the tent went up tonight) and all that God has in store for us this week.
Until tomorrow,
JSTM Team
